Disconnect from phones & wi-fi for 3 days of reconnecting & rewilding in the beautiful Lake District national park, England.
This will be a packed few days of learning wilderness living skills, like axemanship and knifecraft; cooking venison and salmon over open fires; baking in earthen ovens, butchering game and making mead; wildlife tracking skills, starlore and friction fire lighting.
There will be the opportunity to de-stress with breathwork sessions, hike over fells, immersing yourself in the chilly waters of a tarn, and warm up in a sweat lodge that you have helped to build yourself.
We will also be kicking back and enjoying an evening of mead and music.
